At Plantify, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tryplantify.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Before shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- After shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) once received in accordance with our Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@tryplantify.store with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to any recurring service or plan with Plantify, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@tryplantify.store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
