Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll get your plants to you.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Are there customs or import fees?

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your plants real?

Yes! All of our plants are real, living plants carefully selected and packaged to arrive healthy and vibrant.

How are the plants packaged?

We use eco-friendly, protective packaging designed to keep your plants safe and secure during transit.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us at info@tryplantify.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a plant?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?
